How it works

One meeting, start to finish.

  1. Before

    A heads-up before you join

    It checks your calendar and reminds you 1, 3 or 5 minutes ahead, with a button to join and record. If a call wasn't scheduled, it notices when another app starts using your microphone.

  2. During

    Transcribed on your computer

    It separates what you say from what everyone else says and transcribes it right there, in Spanish or English. A small floating window shows the transcript live.

  3. After

    Everything in writing

    A summary, decisions, action items with owners and open questions. Plus the full, searchable transcript, for when you need to go back to something someone said.

Privacy

By default, your audio stays on your computer.

Incisa listens and transcribes on your computer, and that's where your audio ends: it's never saved or uploaded. Only the text travels. The audio leaves your computer only if you turn on AI transcription, and then it's encrypted on its way to the provider.

Claude, by Anthropic, in the US. It doesn't train its models on your data.

  • By default, your audio isn't uploaded

    It's transcribed as people speak and then discarded. No audio file is kept anywhere.

  • No bot on the call

    Incisa doesn't join the meeting: it uses the audio already on your computer.

  • AI is optional

    Turn it off in Settings and your text never reaches a provider. You still have the transcript to copy or download as a Word file.

  • AI transcription, if you choose it

    For higher accuracy and speaker separation, your audio is sent, encrypted, to Soniox while you record. According to Soniox, it doesn't retain your audio or train models on it. When it's off, everything stays on your computer.

  • You decide what's shared

    In an organization, every meeting is private until you share it. Others only see the transcript.

  • Read-only calendar access

    It sees your events so it can remind you. It can't create, change or delete them, and you can disconnect it at any time.

  • Stored in the US

    Your account and your text are stored on servers in the United States, over an encrypted connection.

  • Delete anything, anytime

    Every meeting and document can be deleted with one click.
